Like where exactly? Is it on the inner portion of the vaginal opening, the exterior, what? Depending on location it could simply be a clogged bartholins gland or just a cyst. Is it odd looking? Discolored, bleeding? Could be an infected hair follicle whic has enlarged. If it is causing you concern, see a doctor.
