When your saying this are you saying that your having trouble sleeping. Because if you are I would reccommend going on something called melatonin. It is something that our bodies produce naturally. You can buy it over the counter and is extremely safe to use. They say to use around 2 or 3 pills of it and you should be good. I hope I answered what you were asking about.

I actually take medications..... Provigil, Trazodone, and Sonata. So melatonin.... is like their baby sister.

Wow and none of those work for helping you sleep. I'd talk to a psychiatrist about this and see what they can do about it.

Most of the time... they do... but you compound Finals for college, a 56 hour work week, a single mom life, and finding out your dad has a major heart problem... it seems no matter you take... it doesn't help.

I'm so sorry to hear that are having such trouble falling asleep. The other night I pulled a 36 hour. My sleep disorders are caused by underlying anxiety disorders. It's really not fun at all. I hope as I'm typing this right now you are enjoying a well deserved sleep!
