Hello everyone! Im new to this boards!
Well my problem is following. Before few months i started to experience pain in my left shoulder blade. I ignored it but after like 20 days it got worse and my shoulder like started to swell, and it got bigger and bigger. And I have no idea what caused this. My left shoulder looked quite bigger than right one, and somehow when I look into mirror, my left shoulder can protrude more trough the skin than right one. I was at chiropractor, he did the treatment and he said that I have to make my left shoulder muscles stronger, by doing exercises, and he said that I have mild postural scoliosis. And that it all can be better. I did work before like at least 10hr day in front of pc, and I really do have a bad posture. Is it quite likely that posture caused my problem. How long do I have to do exercises to see relief, I'm doing them like for 20 days already, but sometimes they aggravate. It's now not a pain. It's just a burning feeling at my low neck, and sometimes between shoulder blades
Thank you everyone!

Hi-did you see an MD? any tests done? I had the burning pain too. After PT still no relief so my doc sent me for some tests and found a herniated disc. I'm not saying that is what is wrong with you, but see your personal MD cause if there is something seriously wrong the exercises the Chiro gave you could be aggravating your pain. Good Luck

Hey thanks for your reply. Actually I went to chiropractor, and also i did xrays and stuff, did blood tests, they were perfect, xrays also showed mild scoliosis, but caused by posture, as I work a lot in front of pc. And I also took pics and it looks like, my left Rhomboid muscles are have laxitation, and they are not strong enough so that makes my neck tick to the right side, and make a problem. So I'm now trying Rhomboid muscle strengthening exercises. Pain is not bad, its just like when you overwork a muscle, and present. I think it definitely has to do with my posture.
