Ive had various things going on, especially lower lumbar pain. On my labs regarding the 'other' things I noticed my ESR is 23 on a range of 0-15 mm/hr
I only know this is called sedementation rate and it detects inflammation.
Im sure some or most of it is related to the back pain (I do understand it detects ANY inflammation) so Im wondering -is this a test thats used as a resource to identify or treat back pain?
