Hi MD! Could you have perhaps stopped the nicotine replacement too soon? I know myself that I have tried to quit a million times (this time it is a little over 2 1/2 months smoke free) and I need all the help I can get. I see a psychiatrist, go to a smoking cessation group, come to this board and look in on another board for moral support. I could use the gum for just a short amount of time--my system is over 50 and sensitive to chemicals--and have to stop. The psychiatrist put me on an antidepressant to take that huge edge off for over a month until I was becoming agitated so I had to stop. I still am on meds, but I was prone to psych stuff anyway. Have you had your sinuses and ears checked? That can make you feel off, too. A good visit to your primary care this week might be just what you need. I really hope you feel better. God bless--Hopeto--

Nothing you can do really except go through it I felt the same way it passes but it takes a while. Lots of water, exercise, keep yourself busy so you won't count the seconds. If you made it through hell week you can do it the rest is a breeze. I'll be three years in June it goes by quickly.
Best of luck to you
