For a while now I've had this pain in my left temple.
Sometimes it's a sharp pain and then other times its dual.
Accompanying this pain is usually a toothache and jaw pain.
I'm wondering if pain in the left temple with jaw and tooth pain are symptoms of a headache or migraine?
Has anyone else had these symptoms? :D

I have headaches called "hemicrania continua." They feel like what you describe and are constant, for weeks at a time usually. You can google it to find out more.
I also have Giant Cell Arteritis (Not arthritis). For this, my whole head felt like it would burst. This is a very severe condition and a symptom is in the jaw (you might not be able to chew). GCA - also called Temporal Arteritis - can cause permanent visual impairment or blindness. Your SED rate would be elevated and also your C-Reactive Protein (both shown in blood tests). Fortunately there is a fix for GCA if you identify it early enough. Sometimes a biopsy of the temporal artery is needed.
A neurologist or rheumatologist can help sort things out with you. Don't wait in pain! Good luck!

I have TMJ and have had the exact same pain in the past. TMJ pain is often in the temporal area and if it is accompanied by jaw pain that could be it. You might want to see your dentist about it.
