Here is a list of my symptoms, please tell me if anyone thinks I should be concerned -- bearing in mind that blood tests are normal and last brain MRI was normal, as well.

- severe & debilitating fatigue
- overall weakness
- hard time sleeping
- loss of appetite
- weight loss
- migraines/shooting pains in head
- nonstop tinnitus
- easily bruise, take a long time to go away
- overall soreness and sense of malaise
- loss of temperature sensations in feet
- 2 autoimmune conditions (Rheumatoid Arthritis/Celiac)
- hirsutism
- digestive & neurological issues (probably due to Celiac)
- low body temperature alternating w/ low-grade fevers
- tingling

I've been tested for thyroid problems but that was normal. (No ultrasound) -- I have a history of Graves Disease and Bells Palsy, as well as pre-cancerous cells on the cervix (cervical dysplasia) along w/ the CD & RA.
- I am not responding to gluten-free diet and am very worried something more is wrong b/c my body is telling me that something is not right. Despite having CD, I do not have many of the "typical" digestive symptoms.
- My chiropractor suggested an adrenal problem but I'm thinking the doc's have already tested for that.

I am 25 years old and have had chronic autoimmne problems my whole life thus far. Things have just never been that bad & I'm worried. I found a small lump (bb-sized) on my eye socket last summer but it appears to have diminished in size. There is a hard nodule-like lymph node or gland on my right jaw that hurts to the touch but otherwise doesn't hurt. I am not certain, but I think it is supposed to be there, I've just never noticed it until it was sore the one day.

I may be working myself up a bit, it's just that I am not getting many answers or solutions for my symptoms from doctors, and I just want to make sure that all appropriate tests have been run.

Any thoughts?

I should also note that one of the more annoying symptoms that I forgot to mention is "brain fog" - i.e. mental sluggishness, feeling of detachment, etc.

when they checked your thyroid, what tests did they do?
just the TSH alone is worthless, and that's all most doctors test for. You need the T3,T4,Free T3, Free T4, and thyroid antibodies tests to get an accurate picture.
Also could you be anemic?

I'm not quite sure which all tests they did -- I think just TSH. Not anemic...at least not according to blood work. The more I hear, though, I wonder how accurate blood tests really are lol!
