What causes head/eye twitch during sleep. I am on a CPAP with a setting of 8.

Sometimes a drop in oxgen levels can cause the twitching you describe...but given you are being treated on ccap, and assuming your pressures are correct, the twitching is most likely due to something else....diet or another condition.
