I bought this product called Liver Care today. It is supposed to help the liver function more efficiently and lower the liver enzyme levels. Has anyone else used this product?

Hi, I have never heard of that one, but i'm going to ask the doctor about it the next time I go.
I have heard about Sam-e it is supossed to be real good too, but it's kind of expensive.
All I take right now is Milk Thistle.

I go the health food store near me and this girl in there who i call my health food and med guru is so knowledgable. She had hep and she said she could not have a drink at all for like 15 years ..she now has wine with meals. She told me the best product on the market is Liver Tonic by Herbs Etc.. I take it 3 times a day after meals. The discomfort on my right side is gone after a month of taking it. I have not been to get blood tests yet. I go in a month and a half for that and I hope my liver enzymes are down by then..By the way this woman is a microbioligist and can no longer work near any chemicals because of the hep so she works at the health food store. Every time i go in that place people are waiting in line to speak with her and on the phone too...Lisa
