Has anyone ever heard of Liver Flush? I was just on another message board and someone there said they took this for a month and when they went back to the doctors for the blood tests again their liver enzymes were normal and the doctor was amazed. I'd like to know if anyone has tried it or heard of it? Lisa

Yes, there are many ways to do them, and alot you should investigate first before doing one. But the benefits can be substantial.

But the only real way to be kind to your liver is to start making drastic changes in your diet in a long-term basis - getting rid of things like alcohol, hydrogenated oils, animal fats, excess sugar, and switching to a more raw organic vegan diet with lots of fresh produce, raw nuts and seeds. A flush will do you some good in the short term, but if you continue to overload your liver with toxins it will just get sick again.

Well I already have the eating right down pat. I am an athlete and have eaten that way for years. I eat bad foods rarely and what I mean by bad foods is when we got out to dinner at a restaurant. You never really know what they are cooking with even if you do order as plain as could be. As for the drinking we drink socially and that is something that has to stop. I just hope it works. I went to the health food store and my guru in there told me to start out with the cleanse smart first and when that is finsihed there is another step and the last step would be the liver cleans..thanks for your post..Lisa
