I've only been a smoker for four years but I'm finding it pretty hard to stop, and NHS help seems to be a little lacking! All they did was send me a leaflet through the post....

I need to give up and SOON because my fiance and I are planning on trying for a baby and I obviously don't wanna be smoking when I'm pregnant or when I have kids around. My fella smokes as well but hes trying to give up too... as is my mum who lives with us. Thing is I've heard of lots of things available that supposedly work but what actually does? I need to quit NOW so what works without the hassle of having to cut down on cigs slowly?

Any advice you guys can give me would be much appreciated
