Dear Rachel202....I'm sure you would receive more input from people if we understood a little more about your situation. I don't know if there's any real relief to Autism....but lots of different coping strategies. Everyone with Autism is different, it's a huge scale ranging from minor to severe. No two are the same. Is Autism affecting you, or someone you know?
