Has anyone experimented with the time of day you take meds? I have just started splitting my doseage of Lexapro........5 mg in the morning and 5 mg at night in the hopes that this will reduce or eliminated my need to supplement with Ativan. Please.......if anyone has noticed that spreading out your dose has helped, let me know. Thanks.

I take all my meds right before bedtime, I never tried spacing them out through the day.:)

I used to take my lexapro 20 mg in the mornings but then I would wake up each morning with so much anxiety and feeling tired and unmotivated. Lately for the past few days I switched to taking it at nighttime to see if it helps anything. I notice a SLIGHT improvement in my morning anxiety and I do not feel AS tired.
