Hi Moxie,
I take 800 IU of Vit. E a day. It's supposed to help with normalizing enzyme levels for some reason, but apparently doesn't do anything for the fat in the liver or damage of the liver unfortunately.
Sorry it took me a bit to reply, I evacuated b/c of darn Hurricane Isabel! Things are good here though, thankfully!
