cathya1, Welcome. Do you mean the foggy head feeling? If so yes I think it can help but not always. I have had the foggy head feelings come and go while being on Premarin.

I had that foggy head feeling for a year but started pure fish oil capsules and I swear they have made a really big difference.
I am now dealing with monthly migraines...:confused:
