IMHO I am not a dr
Are you breastfeeding or formula? if formula the baby should be getting between 25 and 32 oz per day (more if its a bigger baby) a good guide is 2 1/2 ounces of formula a day for every pound of body weight.
Also if you are breast feeding you milk should be in by now so about 8-10 feedings per 24 hr period and 6-10 wet diapers per 24 hrs I think
Keep a record for a day or so and call your dr or ped to see if this looks good for your baby
Your ped office would gladly give you advice if you call in, they have chart etc you could use.
If you have ANY concerns you need to contact your dr asap

I think 25-32oz at only 3 weeks old is an awful lot. Their tummies are still very tiny, and that's a lot to take in! I'm not a doctor either, but I think either way--bottle, or breastfed, you should feed on demand. When the baby acts hungry, feed him/her however much they want to eat! If the baby has any health concerns, or if you feel like he/she isn't eating enough then definitely talk to your doctor about it, but in general, babies know just how much they need. I think people are much too caught up in measuring the amount a baby needs to take in if he/she is bottle fed. You never know how much milk they're taking from the breast (unless the baby is weighed before and after a feeding with a very sensitive infant's scale), but it's usually enough!
If you're concerned definitely talk to your dr.

Hi I have to say I think I misread the post... I was thinking 3 month etc not so tiny as 3 weeks!
I think whiskers is more on the mark here than I .... feed on demand make sure you have lots of wet diapers and if you have ANY concerns contact your ped or dr
