I have been exercising diligently and started having a tight chest. The doctor ordered a stress test. Yesterday I had the test and it seems I have 2 blocked arteries and I go in the hospital Monday for heart cath and then the necessary treatment for blocked arteries. It's strange that my counts (liver and protein in urine) are off and then I find out I have blocked arteries in my heart. I wonder if this is significant esp in my liver enzymes.

Hi Lady,
I too am sorry about your heart results. Thankfully it was caught and you did not have a heart attack or something. Thanks for letting us know how your appt. turned out. I hope your treatment is quick and as pain free as possible!

Hi Friends,
I came home Wednesday after an 11 day hospital stay for a triple bypass. I am so very thankful that we have a wonderful God. I never had a symptom other than a tight chest and my left main artery was 98% blocked. I was a ticking time bomb. I know it will take time to recover and get my strength back. I am a 55 year old female and I was feeling pretty good at the time I went for a stress test. I can't tell you enough how different a woman's heart pain is from a man's. A man has all the classic symptoms and the left arm numbness. A woman has a very tight chest that feels like pressure. Please keep me in your prayers.
