hi,
i complain of excessive eructation for about 4 months. firstly i think it is stress eructation as i had my exams in final year of faculty but this annoying symptom continue for 2 months after exams till now, it is also associated with dry mouth. Oh, i forget i am a female, 23years old

Stress burping is usually related to nervous air swallowing (aerophagia). Becoming more conscious of your habit can be helpful as well as avoiding chewing gum, sodas and smoking.
Any relaxation technique that focuses on breathing (meditation, yoga) can help too.
