I have a 14 month old. She has been a little fussy lately, I figured she was teething but her poop looks like rabbit pellets and it's usually light yellow color most of the time. What would cause this?

I'm not sure about the color but the pellets is probably because of constipation. How often does she go, and does she strain?

Sounds like she's constipated. Try some prune juice in her bottle or mixed with water. I have a 4 month old and give him an ounce of prune juice mixed with an ounce of water twice a day. Your daughter is older and might be able to take more. Have you tried giving her veggies and fruit solid foods? to help increase her fiber? I have heard Karo syrup helps with constipation but have never tried it.
