I have been placed on the national register awaiting a doulble lung transplant. My insurance will pay for this but not for the medical flight I would need to get to the hospital I am listed at since my city does transplants also. The problem is my disease is not treated by any doctors in my city, that is why I travel out of state for treatment. Anyone have similiar insurance problems? Any ideas? TIA

Penny thank you very much. It is nice to know there is someone.My insurance situation has since improved but I never stop thinking of others who aren't covered. It really bothers me. We are talking life. Again, thank you and I will e-mail you soon. Linda
