My lipase enzymes have been slowing rising about a year and now has reached a level of 978 with normal ranghes between 114-286. What could cause this abnormaliy ? I have no pain or visible swelling in the abdominal area. I do not have any classic signs of pancreatic cancer or pancreatitis.
