My mother was just diagnosed with Paddle Pulminary Syndrome and I can't find any information on this. It is associated with end stage liver disease, (HEP C is also a factor) her lungs are not getting enough oxygen through the delivery of blood...It is possibly going to inhibit her from being eligble for transplant because they don't know if she will make it through the surgery. there is quite a few referance sites kicking around, the hard part is translating them into english instead of all the medical stuff. Have you tried asking jeeves?? also try searching for mediline, which is a medical dictronary if ya like, happy hunting need anymore let me know
