Hi guys, would a hiatal hernia likely show on an endoscopy? Still having upper left pains, mid burning. So scared its my pancreas though EUS and CT were clear. Have no clue what is causing these pains and it does not help that some of my labs were elevated...

Yes, endoscopy should reveal hiatal hernia. Found mine, anyway.

not sure what an EUS is.. but I was told sometimes in rare cases a hiatal hernia can be missed on an endoscopy so the other test to ask about is an upper GI series. I get periods of similar symptoms but all my tests show no hernia.
