Robert2 has suggested i write a report 4 my docter so that i can get a much better consultation problem is my appointment was cancelled 4 the third time and this time i had to find out once id walked 2 miles there and i know have to wait till august so i wanted to know if id done it properly and if anyone had any suggestions or observations? bear with me its long:
Throat symptoms
I have had most of these symptoms since the age of 8
Up till that age I was very healthy and active joining in all the sports day then suddenly I started having breathing difficulties I would become upset quickly and suffer panic attacks which caused me to hyperventilate close to suffocation several times.
I was regularly admitted to the doctors as I started to suffer from depression and constant illness, I was tested for several things including diabetes and asthma all proving negative and I was treated for manic depression which caused me to have sever reactions which I am now only feeling recovered from.
My tonsils where removed roughly 2 and a half years ago, I noticed changes straight away namely the lack of infections.
Yet I still have these symptoms
Pain and dryness on the right side of my throat
I find eating un-comftable and regularly choke on food and liquids
People have difficulty understanding me and I feel that i'm not talking properly
Right side of jaw feels displaced and the muscles ache after using them
The right side of my neck cramps really badly a lot when I yawn leaving me with sometimes daylong pain
Feeling of constant fogginess
Frequent feeling of passing out followed by a panic attack that stops me from becoming unconscious.
Right ear has varying levels of hearing and has been that was since roughly the same date when I was about 8 and at one point I was pronounced deaf in that ear while having a routine check up.
One nostril is usually fully blocked 90% of the time it appears to be the right nostril for most of the time
Looking over my shoulder either way causes pain and discomfort.
Lately I practiced singing in a band and my I experienced sever pain and a popping snapping sensation in the right side of my throat. After the feeling passed I found I could breath and talk much easier and almost all symptoms lessened although it seemed to return to normal afterwards.
I now sing regularly and force myself to sing notes I cant hit till my throat pops as it seem to be helping me gradually.
Also the right side of my throat feels uneven and when I push on it, it snaps and grinds.
I have difficulty sleeping and wake up every morning with my throat dry and burning the more I sleep the less I feel rested and rarely sleep longer than 6 or 7 hours
Very recently I have been having increasing difficulty concentrating and 3 to 4 episodes of deja vu a day and numbness in my right ear, although I have always suffered earaches.
From June 25th I woke up in the morning at 6:30 without realising it was so early, yet I felt more rested than I have in years, my breathing felt easier and more regular too. I found it fluctuated as the day went on breathing easier for a while only to close again later yet while it was easier I could concentrate I actually felt quite relaxed today with virtually no feelings of anxiety at all.
Also I am on Ibuprofen, which I’m taking for my back, and this may have affected it in some way possibly.
July 03rd Up till this date I’ve experienced extreme pain in my neck and right shoulder and my breathing has switched between breathing out easier or breathing in easier. Although today I had muscle twitching in my right side of my neck which moved to my shoulder which when I touched gave me extreme pain and then seemed to go away completely. And I noticed my breath felt warmer and wetter than normal which was accompanied by a strange tingling feeling which scared me into an mild anxiety attack although this seem to go virtually seconds after it started with out me having to do any deep breathing or mental tricks. Afterwards I found talking and movement easier and noticed a pitch change in my voice.
July 1st today after having my appointment cancelled for the June 30th I tried massaging some muscles in my neck I found several lumps which could have been glands but felt rock solid and v painful to touch I massaged several of these and found they moved and relieved a lot of pain and made breathing easier for several hours. I also found at the point of dryness a quite large hard lump on the right side just above my larynx, which cannot be moved, yet feels like its attached or crushed into my throat. It feels wrong and the other side of my throat at that point is smooth!
thnx
