On this board I have have heard alot of good things about MAgnesium, and how some say it works better with Calcium and/or Zinc.

I am just worried about potentially getting TOO MUCH Calcium or TOO MUCH magnesium. I read how chelated meds tend to be absorbed better. I also was looking at one that is not chelated, but is 1500mg Calcium, 750 mg Magnesium, and 45 mg Zinc. This one is to be taken 3 times daily. It is not chelated, but do to how many mg are available, I should be able to absorb enough of it, right?

I have somewhat of a fatty liver, so the chelated meds would pass my liver and go right to my intestines, right? With the other one I'd have my liver exposed to it right. I would provede a link, but I don't know if that's allowed here.

What do you think? Thanks for yoiur help.
