So I've had a very long 2 months. January 14th I started having SERIOUS anxiety type symptoms out of nowhere (dad died recently and multiple other things going on) so I attributed it to that. I've been to several dr appts and had thousands in tests done over the past two months only to have EVERYTHING come back negative. I went to yet a new dr and she tested me for two things and had my Vitamin D level come back 10.6 (very low) and she put me on a HUGE dose of Vit D weekly for 12 weeks.
WELL to get to my problem now, I've been having headaches again for the past two or so weeks. I dont seem to have them in the morning but about an hour after taking my daily medication (1/4 tablet of propranolol beta blocker and 1 aciphex pill) a headache comes on. Sometimes they are in my nose/forehead area, sometimes in temples, sometimes only on one side or the other and sometimes in the back of my head and down my neck. I cannot figure out a) why they would be back and b) why they are all over the place at different times. Has anyone had this??
I also take a sleeping medication nightly now because I've had trouble sleeping. I take 1/2 tablet of 1mg ambien each night and sometimes switch it out with 1/2 tablet 1mg lunesta.
I do have some sinus issues where my nasal area gets a lot of pressure and I also have a deviated septum but never had this headache issue like this before.
Has anyone had these headache problems?? If so what was causing it??
