Hi all...I am a 26 yo female that has an ASD heart defect. I was told that clots can be a problem for people with this defect. My question is this? I awoke this morning with chest pain that is worse when I take a big breath in and I am having lots of shortness or breath and just generally not feeling well. I do have an appt. with my dr. tomorrow morning but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what this could be. Thanks so much!

Janet I have no clue what this can be but if it gets worst or is unbearable I wouldn't wait for your appointment-clots are very dangersous if that is what it is hon-please keep me updated on hon you are doing. I pray all goes well.
