So, I did my yearly Cholesterol Test and this is my results:
Age: 26, Weight = 220lbs, Height = 6ft
Total Chol = 234
HDL = 43
LDL = 168
Triglycerides = 112
Is that considered high cholesterol?

By the usual standards, your total and LDL levels are higher than desirable, your HDL level is barely in the ok range, and your total / HDL ratio is higher than desirable.
You may want to consider the following actions:
Lowering LDL:
Lose excess body fat.
Avoid trans-fats from hydrogenated oils.
Avoid saturated fats from red meat and dairy fat and coconut and palm oil.
Replace the above with unsaturated fats from fish and non-hydrogenated vegetable sources other than coconut and palm oil.
Raising HDL:
Increase exercise.
Avoid trans-fats from hydrogenated oils.
Lose excess body fat.
Your triglycerides are not what is usually considered high, but you may want to consider:
Avoid added sugars, simple carbohydrates, and alcohol.
