Hi there
I introduced formula to my LOs diet at 5 months, I picked the middle of the day feed and offered her a bottle of formula, at first I chose the time of the day I was least uncomfortable NOT to nurse. Then I tried to choose the time of day she was most hungry so she would take it with out a fuss. She LOVED the bottle right away, so I ended up weaning her quite quickly. All babies are different, it may take time to find what works for you. you could also pump some milk and put it in bottle so she get used to the bottle first.
There are so many formulas to choose from, you may have to try a few to see what she likes. My eldest only like one kind my newest baby eats any kind!! You can also give formula in the day and still nurse morning and night too.
