When I'm in the sun for a long time or I get hot I get really naucious and I feel like im going to throw up, also I get a really bad headache. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

Drink losts of water. seroisly its important to stay hydrated. also if possible where a hat and sunglasses. take occasional rest. also you may be light senetive and prone to migrains. that could do it. I know because the same thing happens to me. See your dr.
