Hi all, I could really use some help. I am tired of going to the doctor and getting prescription meds. I am new to alt. medicine. I suffer from migraines and sinus problems. Sometimes it is hard to tell which one is going one because they seem to have the same symptoms. Mostly i have pain on the right side of my forehead just off the side of my temple. I have been on antibiotics for sinus infections, nasonex, mucinex and otc meds for sinuses. I have also been on topamax, depakote, proprananol(sp), and all the other migraine meds. I have taken so much stuff that I get rebound headaches. I need to break the cycle. Please help. What can I do to clear my head up from sinuses and migraines? Any suggestions will be ever so much appreciated.
