Does anyone know how to read these codes or where I could go to read them?

SNOMED codes are usually first the part of the body and then what the diagnosis is....

If you type in SNOMED and the number on an internet search it will tell you.

Like is T-81000 is Vulvar. and M-80706 is Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Hope that helps.......

Thanks Oleander. I have tried that but with no luck. Is there a site that you are aware of that you can type the codes in to? There are 5 codes listed on my report and I am curious as to what they all mean, other than just the basal cell carcinoma. I really am kicking myself for letting this go for so many years. I hate the thought of possibly losing my nose, lol...although my co-workers bought me these great Groucho Marx glasses with the nose includes. The mustache gets in my way, however.

Try using the Free Snomed Browser at http://www.snoflake.co.uk/

I found it really quick and easy to use.

Try using the CaTTS Snomed Browser at www.jdet.com

It looks basic but easy and intuitive to use
