i have pain in my right side of my head that never goes away when i put my head forward i feel more presure and now when i blow my nose in the morning there is blood can you help to what this might be

It sounds as if you have a sinus infection. That may require antibiotics. Did you try a decongestant to open the sinus passages. That may help clear it on its own.
