During the past years, ive been getting to know my own body better, ive been discovering a few things about my self, such as my mental state.
My concern is energy levels affecting my mental clarity and relaxation state,
Usually a person in the morning when waking up, would probably feel sluggish, irritable, unable to think straight etc because of low energy levels, with me, it's sort of the opposit, when I wake up in the morning, I feel good, it's the best point of the day, I feel mental clarity, physically and Mentally relaxed. After consuming food, energy levels raise, and I feel things become more blurry, not able to think as clear as I would otherwise.
Is there something wrong with me? Hoping for some good feedback, thanks in advance.

Hi madskr1
I am a morning person too. As soon as my feet hit the floor I am ready for the day also. I find there are morning, mid-day and evening people, so there may not be anything wrong with you. Our bodies and our minds are on time schedules. The best examples are jet lag or work shift shock. When our minds and bodies are not coordinated with each other or their enviornment, we have trouble getting it together. I change cities and states each week with my job. Last week I was on days and this week I am a thousand miles away working 7PM to 3AM. I find what I eat and when I eat is important also. Sometimes smaller amounts more often is best. You have to find out what works best for you.
