Help Uncontrollably Biting the inside of my lip [Archive]

Hi, New thing going on, the last 3 days I have been biting the inside of my lip when I am eating. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks.

I have always done this, even when chewing gum. It is so aggrevating and painful. Let me know if you find a remedy :-) sorry I couldn't be of help. Just wanted you to know someone was out here reading your post and that does know what you are feeling.

Thanks, I am getting a little worried becasue I have been dropping things also the last couple of days. I see my Dr, next week, I'll check it out then.

Hi again, honestly I'm not a stalker. hee hee. I do have this from time to time and the dropping thing always when in a bad flare, I call them my hand jerks. They just get a mind of there own sometimes. Have no idea what it is but will you let me know if your doc has any ideas, mine are pretty useless and I don't tend to visit too often

Hi Sinead, I was just talking to my pharmicist and she told me to cut my flexerill in haf, could be my problem. I like the flexerill becasue it makes me sleep a lot sounder. I am still going to ask the Dr. about it.

Hi, Ok I have no idea what flexerill is so I guess thats not whats happening to me, but thanks though and let me know if the doc says anything diff.

Ah I see, no I'm not on any muscle relaxers, not on half the stuff I read about on the boards. I was given some while in hos last year but have never been since and strangely that was the only time the pain was bearable. But I don't think you can be on them daily over here.
