how does a PAC beat vs. a PVC-ie: beat, beat, pause, BEAT. Think that's a PAC, so what's a PVC feel like? And how about several of either in a row? Feels like a bowl of jelly, not a heartbeat.

I understand that. I'm looking for the feeling of the beats, are they different?

I'm not sure if the two beats feel different. I have have PVC and they feel pretty much like your example. It feels like a "skipped" beat but in reality is premature.
My doctor diagnosed me with a Holter Monitor. I wore it for 24 hours and had 224 registered PVC's. I'm under the impression a person would have to wear a Holter Monitor and have the results reviewed by a cardiologist to determine the type.

Thank you all. That's all I need for now.
