Have you seen a neurologist? Does it tremble resting or during use? Any other symptoms?

PD can affect only one side of the body but it could be lots of things? Have you seen a primary doc? Don't take any meds until you see a neurologist and then you might want more than one opinion. Primary docs may only know the older meds but a good neurologist should be up on newer meds such as Azilect, Mirapex, Requip which seem like more logical meds to start with than Sinemet. On the other hand even if you are diagnosed, you may want to hold on any meds unless your symptoms really bother you. (I'm 51 and have had neuro issues for 5 years).
