First of all I'm totally new to this group and not sure if this subject is appropriate for this group. I tend to get bronchitis once or twice a year and wondering if I can do things to help prevent it? Nutritional supplements? Tea? Exercise? Any helpful advice is appreciated.
Thanks!

Welcome!
I've not personally heard of any supplements or nutritional recommendations that I've heard of that have helped me avoid my yearly bout of bronchitis.
I think my advice would be to try and figure out if your bronchitis is caused by the same thing every time -- is it viral, is it bacterial, or does it usually follow allergies? I took years and years worth of antibiotics before figuring out my bronchitis happened at the same time every single year, was never contagious, and was never helped by the antibiotics. I found getting my allergies under control helped this greatly!

I used to get it too especially when I would party all night in the winter with bundling up...I'm 44 now and haven't partied for so long and haven't have a bout with it..Also supplements work wonders.
