Hi, my brother is dying first from melanoma liver cancer and during these past weeks when he was getting chemo, the doctors discovered a large aortic aneurysm in his heart. They said it was too risky to operate because of the size (I don't know the exact size).
My brother is now home in a hospital bed and my SIL (his wife) is taking care of him. He is all drugged up and the way she talks, he is going to die any day now.
Shouldn't my brother be getting a second opinion? And even if he did, my SIL doesn't want to hear about it, very sad that she is the one in charge of him. This is so upsetting, my baby brother is only 49 years young.
