I seem to keep getting this reoccuring hive in the same spot, on my neck/clavicle. I have noticed it before while undressing, as it looks a little bit like a small blister. It has an appearance like there is fluid beneath, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The area gets really red, as if I had been rubbing or scratching it, when I haven't. It gets to the point where people ask whats wrong with my neck. I noticed it at night, but other people have pointed it out in the morning.
