I'm curious about the skin symptoms that other fibro sufferers might have. In addition to the regular burning sensation (apparently most of us experience these), I also have occasional lesions on my arms (which clear up over time), and sometimes in my nose and ears. I also have a skin tag-type thing at the base of my skull that comes and goes depending on my flare-ups. Anyone else out there have these symptoms, or any other weird ones related to skin? The skin is an organ, after all, so I guess it's understandable that it would also be affected. Indeed, there is very little in my body that HASN'T been affected at one time or another.

Hi there Were you tested for all the inflammatory diseases? I think you might want to check the lesions out with a rheumy and get a few blood tests. Hope you have a painfree day

You don't describe the lesions, but I have blisters that come up and pop which resemble chicken pox but only one or two at a time and sporadic. When they heal they look like little crater scars. They are not painful and most time I find them by accident. I was later diagnosed with lupus as well as FMS. Could that be what you have?
