This morning I had a mild mirgraine type headache. A few hours later I got very nauseous to the point where I felt like I was going to throw up, but never did. As the nausea started to subside so did the headache. It was like the nausea helped make the headache go away.

The other thing is the headache didn't completely go away. Every once in awhile it will come back for a few minutes and then go away again. I am not nauseous anymore.
