hi
i have a bilirubin of 1.4 which is quite normal but i have been appointed a job in Miami for that i need a bilirubin less than 1.kindly help

Your Total Bilirubin parameters should be 0.2-1.3. You are on the high side. Bilirubin is a true Liver Function Test to show how your liver is behaving as compared to an Alk Phos or other indicators. I would see a liver specialist to get it checked out. There is nothing out to "lower" bilirubin. Your body is telling you something is up. I have Primary Biliary Cirrosis so I have to watch my Bilirubin every 6 months. Good luck!
