I am a 38 year old female, size 4, non smoker. I work out 5 days a week. Either run/jog or elliptical one hour then free weights. My pusle rate is always 160 to 168 which is high. What can I do to lower it? (By the way, I am never out of breath and can hold a normal conversation throughout the whole hour.)

The main thing is to measure your resting pulse rate and make sure it gets down to that within a reasonable time (by the time you have cooled down).
