So, back in January, here's what I had:
TC: 184
Trig: 173
HDL: 35
LDL: 114
Last week, my results came back as:
TC: 170
Trig: 113
HDL: 38
LDL: 109
So it looks like my trig improved, and my HDL and LDL improved just a little bit. Anything to be worried about? Doc doesn't seem concerned. Thanks for insight and/or feedback!

The usual guidelines suggest that HDL of 38 is still on the low side (>40 is desired, >60 is even better). Try increasing exercise. Also, be more vigilant about avoiding trans-fats from hydrogenated oils.
