I have had these pinprick type eruptions on my hands and feet for quite a few years. I was told by one specialist that it was like an asthma attack and this was the way that my body was handling it. Sounded weird to me. The pinpricks itch like crazy and then erupt and peel. They have been confined to my hands and right foot. Not so bad on the hands now, but definitely a real bother on my foot. Do you knolw what this would be?
