and mines are gone but i touched my anus just to see if it appeared again but it didn't reappear but then touched my penis and now im scarred i might have it on my penis

It is possible that it has spread by you touching your anus and then your penis. It is also possible that if you had the wart(s) on your anus, then the virus is in your skin and it could appear on your penis anyway.
