I am waiting for my new career's insurance to kick in before I go to see a doctor... I am 98% sure I am suffering from depression, have been almost all my life. But what if my horrible headaches are what's causing my depression? Or what if my fatigue and headaches are actually caused by a cardiovascular issue? I am so worried about going to the doctor. How will they know? :(

without giving you a definite answer, it is possible they are connected. There are studies that show that some people experience physical symptoms as well as/ instead of emotional symptoms, especialy in certain cultures. For instance, New Zealand Māori (where I live) are more likely to present with cardio/heart symptoms, migraines etc as their major symptom.

There is plenty of research to support the fact that depression is linked to migraines and vice-versa. You can find these studies by doing an Internet search for "depression + migraines."
As for whether or not your headaches are caused by fatigue and/or heart issues, I would recommend that you discuss this further with your doctor who can evaluate you further.
