I have a 13 month old. My pediatrician wants her off formula and on cow's milk. It's my understanding that by a year they should be eating 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. Milk should be given with each meal in a cup (6-8oz) each time. My dd eats pancakes, carrots, potatoes, string beans, rice, cheese, and of course I still buy some stage 3 foods. She's not much of a meat eater. Hope that helps.

ive always been told that you stop formula and bottles at 1 year and switch to milk in a cup.

At the Peds recommendation, we toom my DD off formula by 13 months. She is now 14 months and has 3 meals a day and 1-2 snacks. She doesnt like milk with her meals, so we give her majorly watered down juice with her meals and she gets 3 bottles of milk a day (1 at each nap and 1 at bedtime=).
