Accumulation of fat in the liver. My test came back high for triglicerides, my Doctor ordered an ultrasound which confirmed that I had a "fatty liver", in my case I was overweight, I went on a low carb diet, lost 45 pounds. It took me 3 months, my last test came back normal.
